The township’s land use ordinance requires that every lot shall have pedestrian walkway access to a public sidewalk that prioritizes the safety, control, efficient movement, convenience, and encouragement of pedestrian traffic (§11.1.10). It also sets standards for both low and high intensity sidewalk uses.
