Active Transportation

The city’s development code requires pedestrian-oriented development in its main street and mixed-use districts (§3.5.6 & §3.5.7). It illustrates the desired arrangements for parking, transparency, circulation, etc. Additionally, it defines "pedestrian-orientation" (§10.4).

Tiny Houses and Micro-Apartments

The city's development code permits tiny home neighborhoods in the core city area, subject to use-specific standards (§5.14.7). These standards address site configuration, lot configuration, dwelling unit configuration, and homeowners associations.
