Grayfields Reuse and Redevelopment

This mall redevelopment plan from Burlington proposes demolishing the mall to reconnect the street grid (the mall takes up three blocks) and developing 131,994 square feet of new retail space, 210,831 square feet of office space, 274 housing units with 20% affordable housing, and improved infrastructure like solar panels, improved stormwater, capacity and new public space.
