Age-Friendly Communities

This functional plan addresses social participation and respect, housing, transportation, communications, community and health services, and civic engagement and employment. Each topic includes a vision statement, context, analysis, and a list of goals, objectives, actions, and tasks. It also includes a lengthy list of accomplishments achieved since the passing of the City’s Strategic Plan on Aging (p. 18).
