Community Visioning

This vision statement for the "urban areas" of Portage County was developed through several sets of workshops by community residents to guide the evolution and progress of the county. It offers detailed vision statements and key vision ideas for agriculture, economic development, housing, intergovernmental cooperation, land use, natural resources, public facilities, quality of life, and transportation.
