Rethinking Off-Street Parking Requirements

This study proposes parking policy reforms to address spillover effects from certain uses in a transit-oriented development district in Fort Collins, Colorado. At the time of the study, the city did not require multifamily or mixed use development to provide any off-street parking. It recommended adding minimum parking requirements for certain uses and adding parking demand management alternatives.
