Improving Development Review

The city of Los Angeles undertook a major study of its troubled land development review process. This report focuses on implementation and change management and offers strategic and action plans for immediate improvement of the land development process. Appendix G offers a table of best practices for various land development processes and ideas drawn from national surveys, websites, newspapers and magazine articles, associations, and other communities.
