Improving Development Review

This evaluation by the city's Development Review-Related Advisory Committee advises the city council on ways to improve the city's development and approval process. The committee consolidated public and stakeholder feedback into three major areas for improvement: external communication, modernization and technology utilization, and internal structure. The report describes each problem, lists the committee's major recommendations for addressing the problem, and offers lists of additional potential strategies for change; it then synthesizes this information into a top five list of recommendations for improving the development review process.
