Improving Development Review

This manual codifies the rules and standards for reviewing development applications. It is meant to establish a process that is clear, transparent, and understandable to residents, interested parties, applicants, and staff; clarify standards and procedures for submission of timely and relevant information by applicants; provide procedures for timely participation by public agencies reviewing applications; and provide procedures for participation by interested parties, so that their views can be known by staff and the Board before the Planning Board makes a decision.
