Measuring Planning Department Performance

This webpage for the city’s performance measures for the Planning and Zoning department lists key indicators, mission and goals, and budget for the department, as well as for three programs: Comprehensive Planning, Current Planning, and Support Services. Program pages list performance measures for program activities addressing both quality and speed of planning work, as well as customer satisfaction. The city has tracked performance on an annual basis since 2012.
