Measuring Planning Department Performance

The county tracks performance measures for all county offices and departments as part of its budgeting process, shaped by seven long-term goals including comprehensive planning. The Planning and Code Compliance Division is evaluated on two performance indicator program goals with nine associated objectives measured and five planning program goals with 16 associated objectives measured.
