Measuring Planning Department Performance

From FY 2003–2004 through FY 2006–2007, the city’s Office of Financial Accountability reviewed departmental performance measures in annual reports. For the Planning Department, the FY 2006–2007 Performance Measure Certification Report, for example, includes a matrix of performance measurement certification results for various functions within the department.
