Design Review

The town's residential design guidelines are intended to address issues of monotony in architectural appearance and poor design in residential subdivisions. They address one- and two-family homes, multifamily, open space, vehicular design and pedestrian connectivity, building materials, and comprehensive plan interpretation. The front, sides, and rear elevations of residential structures must all comply with the standards.
