Measuring Planning Department Performance

For the Community Development department, the FY2016/17 adopted budget document shows program areas, organization, and staff numbers; describes each division and its ongoing activities and projects;  lists prior year accomplishments and next year goals; and reports on six goals and performance measurements for those goals, focusing on customer service and speed of application processing.
