Measuring Planning Department Performance

For the Planning and Development Department, the 2017 Annual Business Strategies budget document offers the departmental mission and vision, reports on two strategic goals, details budgets and staffing, and offers matrixes of “program results” of performance measures for the different  programs and activities that address results, outputs, demands, and expenditure ratios.
