Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This city policy requires wireless telecommunications providers or siting companies to apply for and receive a permit and finalize an agreement with the city attorney to install wireless telecommunication devices on city-owned property. It prohibits installations of wireless facilities in open-space areas, and provides for the charging of rent at fair market value for the use of the PROW.
