Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The town's zoning ordinance defines "small cell" and "distributed antenna system (DAS)"  (§158.006). Personal wireless service facility development standards (§158.201) permit small cell and DAS installations on existing utility light poles and fixtures subject to locational and aesthetic standards, authorization of the use of the utility pole, and site plan exemption and building permit review.
