Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The city's zoning ordinance includes a chapter on wireless communications facilities that defines "microcell" and "mini facility" (§20.66.020). Microcells are allowed in all zones, while minis are allowed in all zones except neighborhood residential (§20.66.030).  The code provides locational and aesthetic standards for microcells (§20.66.050) and mini facilities (§20.66.060).
