Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The town's zoning code includes an article on telecommunication facilities that defines "microcell" and "wireless telecommunications facility, microcell" (§36-401). The code provides an extensive set of locational and aesthetic standards along with application requirements for microcell facilities, which are allowed in nonresidential districts and on public property within residential districts (§36-404). A maintenance/removal agreement with $5,000 cash bond is required, as is an annual permit.
