Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The county's land development code defines "distributed antenna system (DAS)" (§16.4) and provides performance requirements for this use (§R64.W).  DAS are permitted by right in all zoning districts if provided criteria for right-of-way and non-right-of-way locations are met; the code includes an illustration and abandonment clause.
