Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The Miscellaneous Property Regulations title of the city's code of ordinances includes a chapter on personal wireless services and facilities that encourages building-mounted antennas and distributed, repeater, or microcell antenna systems along the city's arterial and collector streets (§11.12.030). The code provides general standards for distributed, repeater, or microcell antenna systems (§11.12.050.B) and notes these systems are subject to administrative review if they comply with applicable zoning regulations (§11.12.060.A).
