Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The town's zoning code includes a chapter on wireless communication facilities that defines "distributed antenna systems (DAS)" (§18.41.020.F) and establishes a preference for these facilities because they do not require the installation of new towers (§18.41.050).
