Development standards for subdivisions address height, density, open space, parking, and setbacks. It also establishes a mapped Residential Incentive Overlay District to incentivize residential infill in specific locations (§13-83.60 et seq.). District developments standards address lot area, maximum density, open space, maximum building height, landscaping, setbacks, building projections, building separation, and parking.
Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW
In the city code's Franchises title, the Telecommunications Regulatory Ordinance addresses wireless telecommunications services provided by telephone corporations in the public rights-of-way in provisions adopted in 2012 (§19-15). A wireless telecommunications permit or master plan is required for all wireless facilities in the PROW over certain size thresholds or within 500 feet of a residential zone.
