Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The city code's Parks and Streets chapter addresses regulations for wireless communication facilities in the public rights-of-way, adopted in 2010 (§6.30.300).  A utility license is required along with an application for a wireless facility right-of-way permit. The ordinance provides appearance, location, and installation standards for replacement utility poles as well as antennas and equipment.
