Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This draft agreement between the city and NewPath Networks lays out conditions for the installation of radio communication network facilities in the public right-of-way. The city charges a $2,000 administration fee and reserves the right to charge site-specific charges for use of the public right-of-way.  The agreement will be in effect for five years, with four additional automatic renewals.
