Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This document is a template for an agreement between the city and a corporation for installing small cell or DAS networks in the public right-of-way. It lays out the procedures for permitting and location review (Article 4) and establishes an annual standard rental fee schedule (Exhibit D) for the use of each licensed location (Article 5). The agreement also addresses aesthetic, placement, dimensional, and other requirements for installations (Article 6).
