This ordinance approves an agreement allowing Mobilitie Investments III, LLC, to install telecom equipment in the public right-of-way as a "competitive infrastructure provider," an entity that leases telecom facilities in the public right-of-way without directly providing telecom services. The agreement includes a 3 percent franchise fee.
