Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This draft right-of-way use agreement between the township and Crown Castle NG East LLC allows Crown Castle to locate telecommunications equipment in the public right of way for a ten-year period. The agreement includes compensation to the township of a $500 annual fee for each municipal facility upon which equipment has been installed as well as new Crown-Castle installed poles, with CPI adjustments occurring after the fifth year of the agreement.
