This staff report recommends approval of a 10-year right-of-way use agreement for NextG Networks to use the public right-of-way to install a DAS system within the city. The agreement includes compensation to the city of an annual fee comprising a pole fee of $500 per city-owned pole used for installations and a per-foot conduit fee equivalent to that charged by similar cities if necessary, with CPI adjustment commencing on the fifth year of the agreement, plus a right-of-way use fee of five percent of adjusted gross revenues (Section 4).
