This article focuses on the legal issues surrounding group homes for recovering addicts. It discusses dispersal requirements and “selective” residential zones. The article suggests that distancing requirements may be struck down if challenged, and argues that people with disabilities should be allowed to live wherever people without disabilities are able to live.
