This report from the National League of Cities analyzes the mobile food vending industries of thirteen U.S. cities of varying sizes and locations. Through interviews and data collection, the report provides a compilation of mobile vending regulations that focus on four policy areas; economic activity, public space, public health, and public safety. Flexible recommendations for cities looking to update their mobile vending regulations are also provided.
