The city’s code on licenses and regulations affecting certain trades covers a number of aspects of mobile food vending (§17-10), including permitting (§17-10.5), mobile food truck operations (§17-10.11). and rules and regulations that cover topics such as a required proposal document for dining areas, operator provision of single service articles, and utilizing a GPS tracker (§17-10.8).
