Transit-Oriented Development

The borough’s zoning code includes a mapped transit-oriented development (TOD) district for light rail station areas. The vision for the TOD district is a predominantly residential commuter neighborhood with some vertical mixed-use development and adequate space reserved for commuter parking (§305 & Table 1). District standards address buffer zones, landscaping, and commercial uses (§305 & Table 4).
