The city’s land development code section on mobile food trucks (§80-237) outlines the districts where operations are allowed and provides numerous standards related to permitting, truck dimensions, location, set up, setbacks from the right-of-way, proximity to residences, hours of operation, signage and collateral materials, noise, parking, waste disposal, and health department and fire marshal regulations and inspection compliance.
