Browfnields Redevelopment
The The Rules of the City of New York establish affordable housing siting supports and grant program funding for brownfields redevelopment (§43.14). These rules set standards for financial assistance to brownfield redevelopment projects, including eligible projects, types of grants available, appropriate activities, and application and disbursement processes.
