Agritourism | Food Systems

The town’s zoning ordinance addresses agritourism. It defines “agritourism center” and “agritourism facility” (§402.2.2). These uses are permitted in the rural residential and agricultural district as conditional uses (§402.4.2.A, Table 402.5.3). The code provides standards for both uses that address minimum lot size and buffers (§402.8.5).
