Agritourism | Food Systems

The village’s zoning ordinance addresses agritourism through an agritourism overlay district (§1525.6; Appendix I).  The ordinance explains the intent and purpose of the district, and lists parcel eligibility requirements, including a minimum parcel size of 100 acres. It describes the application review procedure for agritourism projects, and lists 25 agritourism uses permitted in the district.
