Creative Placemaking

This report explores the relationship between the arts and neighborhood development. It integrates arts and culture into a community architecture framework and describes how the arts can impact community development. It proposes that placemaking and arts and culture can influence community components like social capital and civic institutions, public assets and infrastructure, economic assets and market relationships, and the flow of information and resources.
