This functional plan recognizes the importance of supporting artistic and cultural vibrancy and presents goal related to creative placemaking. Plan recommendations follow principal recommendations that support creative placemaking, including forming partnerships between community stakeholders, and encouraging neighborhood-based cultural development and activity, and developing cultural spaces that are accessible and affordable.
