Creative Placemaking

This subarea plan uses creative placemaking to promote place-based community economic development that incorporates arts and culture. It identifies strategies to support community programming goals, including encouraging community participation in programs, hosting festivals to celebrate creative talent, and including science and technology, history and the natural environment as celebrated themes within the creative district.
