Transit-Oriented Development

The report discusses the importance of supporting employment opportunities in transit-oriented development (TOD). It uses two transit corridors in Denver to illustrate a typology of station areas based on their economic opportunities. And it includes policy recommendations to enhance economic opportunities in station areas.
