Transit-Oriented Development

This report documents development patterns along three new light-rail corridors and provides lessons learned to inform future planning for transit-oriented development (TOD). It analyzes the Hiawatha Line in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region, the Southeast Corridor in the Denver region, and the Blue Line in the Charlotte, North Carolina, region. For each corridor, the report discusses real estate activity, the role of the public sector, and key findings.
