Transit-Oriented Development | Rethinking Off-Street Parking Requirements

This article discusses how parking supply and pricing in transit-oriented development (TOD) areas seldom matches transit ridership goals. It presents the findings of research into travel behavior, station area characteristics, parking supply, developer perspectives, and replacement parking issues at joint development sites.
