Transit-Oriented Development

This guide presents a series of recommendations to help local governments and community stakeholders support mixed-income transit-oriented development (TOD). It organizes these recommendations under three broad process steps: (1) identifying data needs; (2) finding, organizing, and analyzing data; and (3) and selecting appropriate policy and investment tools to meet goals. The appendix includes a glossary of specific tools.
