Transit-Oriented Development

This guide presents a four-step method to help communities in the San Francisco Bay Area plan and implement parking policies and programs that support transit-oriented development (TOD). Its recommendations are based on community, or station-area, type and local policy goals. While aimed at cities and counties in Northern California, the method and recommendations are generally applicable.
