This guide provides information to help communities plan for and implement transit-oriented development (TOD) in the Tampa Bay region of Florida. Individual chapters address comprehensive planning; types of station areas; station-area planning; zoning, parking, and infrastructure; affordable and workforce housing; economic development; funding and financing; and public engagement and information. While aimed at cities and counties in a specific region, most of the information is generally applicable.
