Transit-Oriented Development

This plan details a vision and strategy to guide public investments and development around a light rail station. The station area includes a mix of institutional, industrial, commercial, social service, and residential land uses. The plan envisions a transformation over time from an auto-oriented segregated use pattern to a more integrated mixed use neighborhood center. Individual sections address existing conditions, the planning process, vision and guiding principles, conceptual development plan, catalyst project implementation, and areawide implementation strategies and actions.
