Transit-Oriented Development

This plan details a vision and strategy to guide public investments and development around two light rail stations. The station areas include a mix of low-intensity residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional uses with a predominantly auto-oriented development pattern. The plan envisions pedestrian-oriented infill to create mixed use neighborhood centers around the light rail stations.
