Transit-Oriented Development

This plan includes extensive policy recommendations to guide development around a heavy rail station. The station area includes a mix of institutional, residential, commercial, and transportation land uses. The plan envisions new development and infrastructure investments to knit together land uses and establish the station area as a regional transit hub.  Individual elements address land use, transportation, parking, housing, streets and open space, built form, historic preservation, and public art.
