Transit-Oriented Development

This plan details a vision and strategy to guide public investments and development around a light rail station. The station area includes a mix of large format, auto-oriented retail and low density residential uses. The plan envisions better integrating the large retail uses into the surrounding neighborhoods with new streets and infill development. Individual plan sections address existing conditions, future vision, public realm, future character areas, movement, and implementation.
